We offer standard and express shipping across Europe. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping arrives within 1-2 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Do you offer international shipping outside of Europe?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
What is your return policy for climbing gear?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. For safety reasons, load-bearing equipment such as ropes, harnesses, and carabiners cannot be returned once the security seal is broken or the item has been used.
How do I know which climbing shoe size to order?
We provide a detailed sizing guide on every product page. Since climbing shoe fit varies significantly between brands like La Sportiva and Scarpa, we recommend checking our 'Fit Notes' section for specific model advice.
Are the products on Climb Europe certified for safety?
Absolutely. All technical climbing equipment sold on our store meets CE and UIAA safety standards. We only source products from reputable manufacturers to ensure your safety on the rock.
