At Climb Europe, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if it's not the right fit, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
